 Sales History
When a customer makes a warranty claim, the original invoice can be easily found in the system. Sales are fully stored in the system for as many years as required. You can find the original invoice by customer name, invoice number, inventory item number or serial number.
Service and Repair History
Windward System Five does an excellent job of keeping track of service history. You can go back several years if required. As an added feature, you can keep track of each of your customers pool or spa and track what and when work or service was done.
Prioritizing Repair or Service Orders
You can create Work Order for repairs, installation, or preventative maintenance. As you create these work orders, you can prioritize them into your current workload.
